Preen & Clean Launches SUDs: In-House Software to Enhance Efficiency and Customer Experience

Preen & Clean is excited to announce the launch of SUDs, its proprietary in-house software designed to improve operational efficiency, optimise routing, and enhance communication with customers. This innovative software reflects Preen & Clean’s commitment to leveraging technology to provide top-quality window cleaning services.

Pete Duncanson, IT Director at Preen & Clean, explained the need for developing SUDs: “Regrettably, there isn’t a software solution out there that does everything we need. As the company has grown, so has the need to innovate beyond existing technologies. We involved our customers and cleaners in the development of SUDs to ensure it meets their needs perfectly. This software organises work more efficiently, optimises routing for cleans, improves communication with our customers, and integrates seamlessly with our internal financial systems. There’s simply nothing in the industry that comes close, and we are extremely proud of it.”
