Preen & Clean Expands to 4,000 Sq Ft Warehouse in Normanton, West Yorkshire

Preen & Clean is excited to announce its move into a new 4,000 sq ft warehouse in Normanton, West Yorkshire. Conveniently located near the M62, A1, and M1 motorways, this new facility will serve as the hub for all Northern operations, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth.

Since the company’s inception, co-founders Brandon and Rhys Lacey have been running operations from their parents’ garage. The move to a spacious warehouse reflects Preen & Clean’s rapid expansion and commitment to innovation and customer service.

“This new space gives us the room we need to continue growing and developing,” said Brandon Lacey. “We’ve come a long way from our parents’ garage, and this property allows us to take our operations to the next level.”

The new facility will support the development of Preen & Clean’s cutting-edge hot water technology, provide space to build a fleet of service vehicles, and house a dedicated customer service team to assist clients and train window techs.
